Turbocharging

The Nissan SR20DET is the turbo charged flagship motor of the S-series (s13, s14 and s15) platform. These motors respond very well to aftermarket tuning and have gained a reputation for being cheaper than most motors to create usable horsepower.

They come standard with a fairly reasonable turbo and are very punchy motors in standard trim. An SR20DET will respond well to an aftermarket turbo and there is a large support network in America, Australia and of course its home - Japan.
